Today I would like to tell you how we have mastered the challenges of the past months and how we have adapted to the new situation since the outbreak of the Corona pandemic.
Since the middle of March, public life in Austria has been largely quiet - However not the machines and the production of Format Werk.
- Disinfectant dispenser throughout the building
- Mask requirement on the company premises
- Keeping the distance
- Company cordoned off from the outside, no outside personnel in the building
- contactless exchange of all papers with transport companies
- 2-shift operation - also for maintenance and logistics, so that no department is completely down in the event of illness
- Newly installed glass walls divide the open-plan offices into small units
- Failure insurance of the office workforce by means of "splitting": workplaces have been redistributed across departments so that the potential quarantine of an employee does not affect an entire department
We pay attention to the health of our employees - so that we can be there for YOU
This package of measures made it possible for us to produce continuously despite nationwide lockdowns.
As a result, we have already been able to deliver the orders for the upcoming school start - and our stocks are currently well filled again due to uninterrupted production.
Although this crisis continues to challenge us and we still have to be prepared for short-term changes, we are prepared to process your orders as usual. Our security concept has proven itself for a few months now and we still have not had a single Covid-19 case in the company of Format Werk.
